The second stop of the 2018 Nautique Big Dawg World Tour, presented by O’Brien, will be held Saturday and Sunday at Cedar Ridge Ski Club in Canton, Miss. Now in its 13th season, the tour includes four qualifying stops around the globe at premier water ski venues as the top 34-mph slalom skiers who are 35+ battle it out for a spot in the Big Dawg World Tour Finals.
Each stop includes two rounds of 34-mph slalom action, followed by a bracketed 16-skier head-to-head finale.

Seems some interesting feedback on the tournament and specifically the particular tug used...

Can you elaborate, and does it have to do with those Saturday scores?
Did they use the same boats Friday that were used Saturday?

The initial commentary was on the lower than average scores, which then has been followed by boat comments. Without getting specific since a bystander and have not had a pull behind one, and considering no knowledge if the comments are coming from actual users, it seems the feedback is at minimum 'the boat is different'. There are some specific internet comments on wake, tracking, pull firmness both positive and not, etc.

The CC videos certainly indicate some cool technology being used or even game changing elements (micro tuners / front mounted fuel tank / construction materials) implemented. My interest is trying to sift through to get a good understanding if the new boat and the latest technology demonstrate an improvement for the customer. The needle moved with the introduction of the CC200, '14 Prostar, '17TXI so it is of interest to see if the needle is again moving forward.
